It's that time of the year when I put on my plastic fenders, and if the roads are not too icy....
I put on every heavy layer of bicylce gear I have and enjoy some outside time.
I won't lie, there are times when the sun doesn't come out, the head wind follows you everywhere, and you just plain suffer.
Come on long hot dry days of summer!

ReplyDeleteSince I'm suffering from a serious case of cabin fever, even riding a bike in the cold sounds kind of good. I told Ron that he's going to be mowing the lawn this spring, and we are still going to have icy ruts on the street in front of the house. Crossing the streets is life-threatening, just because of the ice. PK
