Winter is not over in Golden yet

Winter is not over for Golden yet! 

We desperately need the moisture, but I personally prefer rain to snow and ice!

Rex is bummed, because he feels he should be able to go outside!

Unfortunately, he has not convinced Joanne yet!

 By the looks of it, he is just going to have to be patient!
